Analysis of training with players

Notes:

  • Goalkeepers can work the entire session separately, until they are called to participate with the team (one or both). The rest will be able to continue working specifically.
  • Parallel to the work of the team, a recovery work will be carried out with the injured players directed and individualized.
  • We will dedicate 3 Microcycles to the Evaluation (EFFICACY FACTORS):
    • START SEASON
    • CHRISTMAS
    • SEASON FINALE

Notes:

  • If for whatever reason, one of the sessions could not be developed (for example in the session -26- due to rain the training was canceled), in the next session we can not recover it since we would break the weekly line of work, that is, in this "next" session we would work with the corresponding one in the weekly order: the session-27-, leaving the session -26- in "stand-by", pending recovery in some "free" session or, adding in the objectives of the next "2nd session", the -28- in this case, the aspects that are considered most relevant.
  • The evaluation sessions/micro-cycles, the coach will decide when to apply them, interspersing them between two programmed micro-cycles, trying to coincide in the proposed periods.
ASPECTS/GUIDELINES TO CONSIDER FOR THE USE OF THE CONTENTS TO PREPARE THE SESSION

FOR THE MICROCYCLES OF -2- SESSIONS , the coach has for each season -9- meso-cycles of programming, which implies -36- micro-cycles of work, of which we do not contemplate -6- that would be lost due to vacations, weather, etc. To the -30- that we have left we will add -3- to carry out the "evaluations" (start of season, Christmas and end of season). We therefore have available - 60- sessions per season, plus the 3 micro-cycles of evaluation.

To develop these 60 sessions, in each of the two seasons contemplated in this stage (first and second year of fry), we can considerthree options:

  • Logic programming:
    • In the first season: perform the tasks described (in the 60 sessions) for each "basic" level objective.
    • In the second season: perform the tasks of "specific" level.
  • Timed programming:

In the first season: work the -30- first sessions during the first part of the season and repeat them in the second part of the season (plus the -3- micro-cycles of evaluation).

In the second season: work and repeat the sessions -31- to -60 (plus the -3- micro-cycles of evaluation).

  • Specific programming:
    • In the first season: perform the tasks described (in the 60 sessions) for each objective applying the levels that the coach considers appropriate for the characteristics of the "basic" or "specific" team.
    • In the second season: make a schedule at the discretion of the coach:
      • Establish the objectives that are considered not assumed.
      • Influence the aspects/objectives that are considered most relevant or necessary.

We consider the application of the FIRST MESOCYCLE IN SEPTEMBER, the team that starts before this date will be able to develop the objectives established in the "evaluation" that will provide:

  • An understanding of the characteristics of the player or new players.
  • The state in which the players are in this preseason start that will allow you to adjust the schedule.

In the month of DECEMBER we do not propose a specific programming (mesocycle of recovery), the limited working days will allow the coach to dedicate the sessions to:

  • Achieve a "recovery" of "lost" sessions
  • Carry out the second "evaluation" that will allow a reorientation of the planning if deemed necessary.

In the eighth programmed mesocycle only 2 microcycles of specific work are determined, the other 2 microcycles and those added in the month of JUNE will be dedicated to reviewing and recovering / reviewing those aspects that we consider relevant before the end of the season and carry out the third "evaluation".
