Notes:

  • Goalkeepers can work the entire session separately, until they are called to participate with the team (one or both). The rest will be able to continue working specifically.
  • Parallel to the work of the team, a recovery work will be carried out with the injured players directed and individualized.
  • We will dedicate 3 Microcycles to Evaluation (EFFICACY FACTORS):
    • START OF SEASON
    • CHRISTMAS
    • SEASON FINALE

Notes:

  • If for whatever reasons, one of the sessions could not be developed (for example in the session -68- due to rain the training was canceled), in the next session we can not recover it since we would break the weekly line of work, that is to say in this "next" session we would work with the corresponding one in the weekly order: the session-69-, leaving the session -68- on stand-by, pending to recover in some "free" session or, adding in the objectives of the next "2nd session", the -71- in this case, the aspects that are considered most relevant.
  • The evaluation sessions/microcycles, the coach will decide when to apply them, interspersing them between two scheduled microcycles, trying to match the proposed periods.

ASPECTS/GUIDELINES TO CONSIDER FOR THE USE OF THE CONTENTS TO PREPARE THE SESSION

For the microcycles of 3 sessions, the coach has for each season 9 mesocycles of programming, which implies 36 microcycles of work, of which we do not contemplate 6 that would be lost due to vacations, weather, etc. To the 30 that we have left we will add 3 to carry out the "evaluations" (beginning of season, Christmas and end of season). We therefore have 90 sessions available per season, plus the 3 evaluation microcycles.

To develop these 90 sessions, in each of the two seasons contemplated in this stage (first and second year of Children), we can consider three options:

  • Logical programming:
    • In the first season: perform the tasks described (in the 90 sessions) for each "basic" level objective.
    • In the second season: perform the tasks of "specific" level.
  • Timed programming:
    • In the first season: work the first 45 sessions during the first part of the season and repeat them in the second part of the season (plus the 3 evaluation microcycles).
    • In the second season: work and repeat sessions 46 to 90 (plus the 3 evaluation microcycles).
  • Specific programming:
    • In the first season: perform the tasks described (in the 90 sessions) for each objective applying the levels that the coach considers appropriate for the characteristics of the "basic" or "specific" team.
    • In the second season: make a schedule to the criteria of the coach:
      • Establish the objectives that are considered not assumed.
      • Influence the aspects/objectives that are considered most relevant or necessary.
