DEFINITION:

It is any activity carried out with or without the ball, in which there is no type of opposition, that raises in a simpler way the aspect of the Corrective Game that is intended to be improved (1).

FEATURES:

  • The Corrective Exercise allows:
  • Develop and/or correct actions (execution factors) that manifest themselves poorly in very simple game situations.
  • Complement the overall method in the specific aspects where the effectiveness of this is lower (skill, physical abilities,...).
  • The Corrective Exercise responds to an analytical methodology.
