It is about proposing, developing and improving the activity in defense and attack of a specific line of play, in relation to each Competition Unit and the System and Style of play determined for the team.

PURPOSE:

All aspects related to the Line of Play in attack and defense, in the field of tactical actions, ball play, collective actions and system movements.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • It is a variant of the JFER, to work more specifically a certain line of play, specifically using the players who are the usual ones (whether they play or not) of this line.
  • We can work with or without opposition and this linking it with the system or defensive forms that we want us to want.
  • To the line of work will be added at least 2 players as a reference, which will represent the previous and posterior lines, let's see an example for the P.4.4.2 system with an opposition P.4.3.3:
    • If we work with the LD: P.4.1.1 : P.1.1.3
    • If we work with the LM: P.1.4.1 : P.1.3.1
    • If we work with the LA: P.1.1.2 : P.4.1.1
  • The difference with the JFER is manifested above all in that unlike the JFER in that the game is continuous (like a match), in the LP, in each UC we will stop in play and start another action.
  • We can establish that the opposition does not have any player in the "support" lines, so that the "work" line has support for a player free of brand. Or in defense when the opposition starts the attack, it may have in the support lines one more player (example in defense of the media line: P.1.4.1: P.2.3.2, in this way to our LM a defender can be incorporated free of brand and / or if a player of the LM of the opposition overflows to our medium, the reference player of our LD will receive the opposition in numerical inferiority which will force the media to recover spaces to help him (not "never be overwhelmed if on the contrary or by ball"...).
  • The work can be started as: green slate, continue with MyE, perform this Progressive Lines work and end with real game actions "JFER" / 50%, etc.

TRAINING AND COMPETITION CONSIDERATIONS

Forms of correction:

  • Stopping the game: Players must get used to staying totally static at the coach's signal so that the wrong situation that must be corrected or commented on can be manifested.
  • Correcting directly during the development of the game: addressing the affected player(s).
  • After finishing the action corresponding to the competition unit or its offensive or defensive phase that we are working on and analyzing the cause that caused the error (loss of ball – shot of the opponent ...).
  • We can correct generic aspects or establish specific principles to improve.
