Subjective Analysis

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY GRAPHIC

Pitch:

  • F-11 field. We will have to agree with the other team of the entity to perform this analysis

Numerical relationship/participants:

  • Those described in the development of the activity

DEVELOPMENT OF THE ACTIVITY

The basic rules of "11:11", with the following variants:

  • We will carry out a training match, with the collaboration of another team of the entity.
  • We will work with the system established for the team, in the example of the "graph" we have exposed a P.4.4.2: (regardless of the opposition).
  • Of the time allocated to work, half of it will play with competition units (UC), the other half with continuous play.
  • During a part of the game in the work with UC, we will dedicate it to the offensive action (we start the attack ourselves), and the rest will be initiated by the opposition, (to analyze the defensive game).
  • During the session, logically, all the players to be analyzed must participate.
  • We can alternate, if we consider it appropriate, with the basis of the control game (positional or associative), some direct play actions.
  • The analysis, obviously we will not be able to perform directly (during the match), we will take notes of global aspects, but the specific evaluation will be carried out later:
    • Filming the game, we must ensure that the images show all or most of the players.
    • Cspelling it at UC (offensive phase-defensive phase)
    • Analyzingin each UC in relation to collective actions:
      • To the possessor
      • The player in attack
      • The player in defense
  • Inthe psychological field:
    • Concentration
    • Attention
    • Tension
  • Logically, the analysis work will be long and laborious but of enormous efficiency.

CONCEPTUAL CONSIDERATIONS ON THE OBJECTIVE

CONCEPTUAL analysis "SUBJECTIVE" (at this stage), of the ERRORS manifested in the COMPETITION and in the TRAINING, analyzed and related to the FACTORS OF EFFECTIVENESS, to assess the EVOLUTION of the players from an individual perspective, from the visualization of: VIDEOS, LIVE MATCHES AND TRAINING and THE EXPERIENCE ACQUIRED OF THE TECHNICAL TEAM IN ALL THE ACTIVITY CARRIED OUT

  • The technical team will carry out a subjective analysis of each player and the proposed factors, the assessment of the 3 evaluations that we will carry out during the season will show us, not so much the player's own level in each area, nor a specific proposal for the orientation of training (not appropriate at this stage since it works under a closed programming), if not the evolution that the player manifests during the process. This evolution, positive or negative, relating it to the rest of the players, will allow us to reorient if necessary, the specific correction of the work of a certain player or the revision of the general programming.
  • In the first evaluation, if we do not know the player enough, we can visualize training sessions carried out with collective didactic forms (matches – 50% – football games... during the sessions of the micro-cycle, we will propose activities that help us define the different capacities, always from a global and subjective perspective,
  • The proposed work (11:11) will help us to this final analysis, but the overall assessment will be given to us by all the information we have been acquiring, during all the activity carried out in training and competition
  • The aspects to be assessed in this case refer to actions of "decision making, cognitive aspects", that is, activities carried out in collective situations with and without the ball, therefore the assessment for this stage, we will carry out linking these actions, within a collective activity (the real effectiveness in the game).
