DEVELOPMENT OF THE ACTIVITY

The basic rules of corrective exercise and corrective play, with the following variants:

We will work on 3 posts:

A. Specific Speed (acceleration-deceleration-agility-...)

  • Route: the player comes out touching the "pica" -1- with one hand, from pica -1- to -2- (bordering them on the outside), equal to -2- to -3- and from -3- to -4-, from the -4-, goes to the three pikes in line -5- making a slalom. Leaving the last pike -5- maximum speed to skirt the pike -6- and goes to the -7- to take the ball with his foot (the goalkeeper will take it out with a hand in stretch).

  • Valoración: of the height of the highest ball that each player hits, we will subtract its height and score.

C. Match 2:2 with individual scores to score driving with controlled ball in the goal of cones

  • It will work for 8 minutes, every 2 minutes pulsations will be taken (6 seconds). When you leave the field one ball will be quickly introduced another
  • Rating: the pulsations + the intensity manifested by the player throughout the activity (subjectively)

In the post -C-: we will also make the assessments related to the personality of the player

  • It is important to be able to film the work done by the players in this post, to later be able to make an assessment of this section in a more "objective" way.
  • The section "relaxation-activation" will be valued especially in the manifestation of the player's attitude when stopping the game and when starting again, in the pulse shots.
  • This post will be worked in last place and each player will perform it on 2 occasions.

CONCEPTUAL CONSIDERATIONS ON THE OBJECTIVE

CONCEPTUAL analysis "SUBJECTIVE" (at this stage), of the ERRORS manifested in the COMPETITION and in the TRAINING, analyzed and related to the FACTORS OF EFFECTIVENESS, to assess the EVOLUTION of the players from an individual perspective, from the visualization of: VIDEOS, LIVE MATCHES AND TRAINING and THE EXPERIENCE ACQUIRED OF THE TECHNICAL TEAM IN ALL THE ACTIVITY CARRIED OUT

  • The technical team will carry out a subjective analysis of each player and the proposed factors, the assessment of the 3 evaluations that we will carry out during the season will show us, not so much the player's own level in each area, nor a specific proposal for the orientation of training (not appropriate at this stage since it works under a closed programming), if not the evolution that the player manifests during the process. This evolution, positive or negative, relating it to the rest of the players, will allow us to reorient if necessary, the specific correction of the work of a certain player or the revision of the general programming.
  • In the first evaluation, if we do not know the player enough, we can visualize training sessions carried out with collective didactic forms (matches – 50% – football games... during the sessions of the micro-cycle, we will propose activities that help us define the different capacities, always from a global and subjective perspective,
  • The 3 proposed exercises can help us to this final analysis, but the overall assessment will be given to us by all the information that we have been acquiring, during all the activity carried out in training and competition during all the activity carried out in training and competition
  • The aspects to be assessed in this case refer to actions of the "Physical condition and cognitive aspects", that is, manifestations of an individual nature, with or without the ball, therefore the assessment for this stage, we will perform linking these actions with specific activities with a certain relationship with the game.
