AREA 11: PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING

CONSIDERATIONS ON THIS OBJECTIVE

In most of the objectives of this area, specific training sheets are not defined with a specific activity/task (there is no grid to "click"), since the work to be done is developed during the session with these two possibilities:

  • Theoretical session in the dressing room: talk – whiteboard – videos – experiences – practical examples – demonstrations...
  • After a small exposure before the start of the training, provoke and / or correct the manifestation of the objective during all the activity carried out during the session.

In the objectives "with training card", in addition to using the two previous possibilities, we propose specific tasks to perform on the pitch.

In each stage certain objectives are proposed appropriate for this age / stage, however it is likely that the coach considers that for some of his players he should program objectives established in other stages, for this he must enter the previous and / or subsequent block to access these contents.

In the field of High Performance and senior teams, we will develop the different Tasks / activities of the different objectives from a basic perspective, assuming that it will be the specialist who must define the objectives / activities to be carried out.

The coach will be able to consult the definition and the specific considerations of each of the areas described by consulting the corresponding section of "the training objectives" and / or in the corresponding volume.
